Print Press Packaging: Legal Notice & Disclaimers

This Legal Notice governs the use of the Print Press Packaging Shopify store, our custom commercial printing services, and our integrated supply chain offerings with GreenBox. By accessing our platform, uploading artwork, or procuring our manufacturing services, you (the "Client" or "B2B Buyer") agree to the following legal stipulations.

1. Intellectual Property & Artwork Ownership

When submitting files for custom printing, the Client assumes full legal responsibility for the intellectual property contained within the artwork.

  • Print Press Packaging assumes no liability for trademark or copyright infringement resulting from user-uploaded designs.

  • By submitting artwork to be processed on our automated digital die-cutting systems, such as the Colorcut FB9000 Pro, or printed via our UV sticker printers like the VersaUV LEC2-640, you warrant that you hold the legal right to reproduce all provided logos, text, and graphics.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders if uploaded artwork violates intellectual property laws or contains prohibited content.

2. Regulated Industry Compliance Disclaimer

Print Press Packaging serves diverse B2B sectors, including highly regulated markets requiring specific packaging compliance.

  • While we possess the capability to print state-mandated warning labels for all states, child-resistant packaging warnings, and universal cannabis symbol labels, we are strictly a print manufacturer.

  • The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all custom product labels, regulatory compliance labels, and packaging inserts meet the legal requirements of their respective local, state, and federal jurisdictions.

  • Print Press Packaging is not liable for fines, product recalls, or legal actions resulting from non-compliant artwork, missing allergen and ingredient labels, or incorrect batch and testing information labels approved by the Client.

3. Production Tolerances & Color Matching

We utilize state-of-the-art commercial printing technology to deliver exceptional quality; however, physical manufacturing carries inherent industry-standard tolerances.

  • Color Variance: Even with high-precision large-format printers like the Canon PRO-4000 and TrueVis VG2-540, slight color shifts from digital RGB proofs to physical CMYK printing are unavoidable and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

  • Die-Cutting Tolerances: Our precision contour and die-cutting systems, including the Colorcut FB775, operate with a standard cutting tolerance of 1/16”. Clients must adhere to our requested 0.125" artwork bleed guidelines to accommodate this shift.

4. The GreenBox Supply Chain Synergy

Print Press Packaging is designed to operate in seamless synergy with our sister brand, GreenBox.

  • Optimal Compatibility: For guaranteed fitment and optimal adhesion, we strongly recommend sourcing your unprinted containers, glass jars, and mylar bags directly from GreenBox.

  • Direct-to-Substrate Printing: For custom box printing directly to corrugated materials, utilizing GreenBox blank inventory ensures our high-performance flatbed UV printer (JFX200-2531) is calibrated perfectly for the material thickness.

  • Liability on Third-Party Substrates: If a Client chooses to supply their own physical blank stock instead of utilizing GreenBox inventory, Print Press Packaging cannot guarantee ink adhesion, lamination edge sealing via our Senwei SMFM390E, or exact dimensional fit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Print Press Packaging, TSJ Distributors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or supply chain delays. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to a manufacturing order is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the defective printed materials.

6. Modifications to the Terms

Print Press Packaging reserves the right to update this Legal Notice at any time to reflect changes in our commercial printing equipment lineup, services, or legal obligations. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
