Print Press Packaging: Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 11, 2026

Welcome to Print Press Packaging. As a premier B2B commercial print manufacturer, we are dedicated to providing business owners with a seamless, high-quality production experience. Please read these Terms of Service (TOS) carefully, as they govern your use of our Shopify store, custom printing services, and integration with our sister brand, GreenBox.

By accessing our store, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Description of Services & Capabilities

Print Press Packaging utilizes commercial-grade equipment to execute custom printing orders. Our core services include:

  • Flatbed & Direct-to-Object UV Printing: Utilizing the JFX200-2531 and UJF-6042 printers for rigid materials, signage boards, promotional products, and direct printing on objects.

  • Wide-Format & Eco-Solvent Printing: Utilizing the TrueVis VG2-540 and Canon PRO-4000 for high-volume signage, banners, vehicle graphics, and large-format displays.

  • UV Sticker, Label & Print-and-Cut: Utilizing the TrueVis MG-640, VersaUV LEC2-640, and UCJV 300-160 for labels, decals, stickers, and flexible signage.

  • Finishing & Cutting Systems: Utilizing the Colorcut FB775 and Colorcut FB9000 Pro for precision contour and die-cutting.

  • Lamination & Mounting: Utilizing the Senwei SMFM390E for gloss, matte, and textured lamination, as well as mounting to rigid substrates.

Our UV printing technology provides scratch-resistant, weatherproof finishes, vibrant colors, white ink capability, and raised texture effects. We can print on virtually any rigid material up to 2" thick and handle wide-format prints up to 64" in width.

2. The GreenBox Supply Chain Advantage (Cross-Brand Synergy)

To provide a frictionless B2B experience, Print Press Packaging operates in direct synergy with GreenBox.

  • Blank Stock Sourcing: We strongly recommend sourcing your unprinted containers, corrugated boxes, and packaging stock directly from GreenBox.

  • Guaranteed Compatibility: Orders combining GreenBox physical stock with Print Press custom labels (such as tamper-evident jar seals or child-resistant mylar bag labels) benefit from guaranteed dimensional fit and consolidated order routing.

  • Direct-to-Box Printing: For custom box printing directly to corrugated materials, sourcing your mailers through GreenBox ensures our JFX200-2531 flatbed UV printers are calibrated perfectly for your specific substrate.

3. Artwork Uploads & Digital Proofing

We know that production delays hurt your bottom line. To ensure precision on automated digital die-cutting systems like our Colorcut FB9000 Pro, the following artwork terms apply:

  • File Requirements: All artwork must be submitted in CMYK color format with a minimum of 300 DPI.

  • Bleeds & Margins: A standard 0.125” bleed is required on all custom product labels, custom box printing, and wide-format banners.

  • Digital Proofs: A digital proof will be provided for your approval before manufacturing begins. Production turnaround times do not begin until the digital proof is explicitly approved by the buyer.

  • Color Matching: While our Canon PRO-4000 and Roland TrueVis systems offer extraordinary high-precision color reproduction, slight color shifts from on-screen RGB viewing to CMYK physical printing are normal and do not qualify for a refund.

4. Production, Kitting & Fulfillment

  • Turnaround Times: Standard lead times apply based on the service selected. Rush production services are available using all equipment for expedited turnaround.

  • Value-Added Services: We offer kitting and fulfillment (assembly of multi-component packages). If your order requires assembling custom labels onto GreenBox stock, additional kitting lead times will apply.

5. Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Because our products—from custom printed rolling trays and grinders to variable data labels with sequential numbering—are entirely custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not offer returns or refunds on printed merchandise.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If an order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect substrate, failure of the Colorcut systems to follow the approved dieline, or improper lamination from the Senwei SMFM390E), you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Reprint Policy: Upon verification of a manufacturing error on our end, Print Press Packaging will expedite a reprint of the defective items at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

Print Press Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost business opportunities) arising from delayed shipments, artwork errors approved by the client, or carrier mishandling. Our maximum liability for any order is strictly limited to the purchase price of the custom printed items in question.
