Print Press Packaging: B2B Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

At Print Press Packaging, we understand that reliable supply chain logistics are critical to your business operations. Our shipping and fulfillment processes are engineered to deliver your custom printed commercial goods safely, on time, and with full transparency.

Please review our shipping policies below to understand production timelines, transit options, and how to leverage our GreenBox integration for maximum shipping efficiency.

1. Production Lead Times vs. Transit Times

Production Time is the time required to manufacture your custom order. Transit Time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver the finished product to your facility.

  • Production timelines do not begin until your digital artwork proof has been officially approved.

  • Standard production lead times vary based on the specific substrate and volume of the order.

  • We offer rush production services using all equipment for expedited turnaround.

  • Transit times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout (e.g., Ground, 2-Day Air, Overnight).

2. The GreenBox Consolidated Shipping Advantage

To optimize your supply chain and reduce exorbitant freight costs, we strongly encourage sourcing your unprinted containers, corrugated boxes, and packaging stock directly from our sister brand, GreenBox.

Supply Chain Synergy: When you order unprinted inventory from GreenBox and custom packaging components from Print Press Packaging, we coordinate the fulfillment. We offer professional kitting and fulfillment services, which includes the physical assembly of multi-component packages. Sourcing everything under one roof ensures your custom labels and blank stock ship together, saving you significant transit costs and warehousing headaches.

3. Freight and Oversized Shipments

Due to the commercial-grade scale of our manufacturing capabilities, certain items cannot be shipped via standard parcel carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS) and require Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight shipping.

  • Wide-Format Signage: Orders requiring wide-format capability up to 64" in width will be shipped via specialized freight tubes or custom crating.

  • Rigid Materials: Large orders printed on our JFX200-2531 high-performance flatbed UV printer, such as rigid signage boards or direct-to-corrugated custom boxes, must be palletized and shipped via LTL freight.

  • Freight shipments require a valid loading dock or a forklift at the delivery destination. If you require a liftgate delivery, please specify this at checkout to avoid unexpected carrier surcharges.

4. Shipping Carriers & Account Billing

  • We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and trusted commercial freight lines.

  • Third-Party Billing: If your business prefers to use its own negotiated carrier rates, please select "Third-Party Billing" at checkout and provide your valid carrier account number.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Print Press Packaging standard checkout is limited to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. For international bulk B2B orders, please contact our enterprise sales team directly to arrange custom freight forwarding and customs documentation.

6. Damages, Shortages, and Carrier Claims

We utilize advanced finishing systems, such as the Senwei SMFM390E for edge sealing and lamination, to ensure your products leave our facility in pristine condition. However, transit damages occasionally occur.

  • Inspection Requirement: You must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

  • Reporting: Any visible damage to pallets or boxes must be noted directly on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

  • Claims Window: Shortages or concealed transit damage must be reported to our support team within 3 business days of delivery. Include high-resolution photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will file the claim with the carrier and expedite a reprint to keep your production lines moving.
